Job Description:
The Shift Incharge will be responsible for supervising and coordinating manufacturing activities during the assigned shift. The candidate should ensure smooth production operations, achieve production targets, maintain quality standards, and follow safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily shop floor production activities
- Ensure shift-wise production targets are achieved
- Monitor machine operations and manpower utilization
- Maintain product quality as per company standards
- Ensure safety practices and discipline on the shop floor
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments
- Prepare production and shift reports
- Identify and resolve operational issues during the shift
- Support continuous improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹24,500.00 per month
