- Manage post-onboarding client relationships across HR, AI Marketing, Studio, and other active verticals.
- Respond to and resolve client queries/escalations within agreed timelines, routing technical issues appropriately.
- Conduct periodic client check-ins to track satisfaction and identify renewal/upsell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client interaction logs in CRM.
- Coordinate with Managers/Domain Experts on unresolved or sensitive client issues.
- Support onboarding handoff from Telecaller/Executives to ensure smooth client transition.
- Gather client feedback systematically to feed into service improvement.

Languages Required
Good spoken and written English, plus at least one regional language (Marathi, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Malayalam, Kannada, Odia, or Punjabi).
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline. Prior customer service or client relations experience preferred.
Experience
1+ years in customer service, client relations, or account management preferred. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be considered.
Technical Qualification
Not mandatory — training provided on FlowMint's service verticals and CRM system.
Preferred Industry Experience
India, GCC, Africa (added advantage) — Customer service in B2B/services or MSME-facing businesses is directly relevant.
