1. Resource Sourcing & Mobilization: Identify, arrange, and deploy suitable local field resources (recruitment vendors, freelance interviewers, moderators, translators, and field agencies) across Karnataka and South India based on specific project requirements.
2. Network & Vendor Management: Build and continuously expand a robust regional network of local field resources, and specialized freelancers across tier-1, tier-2, and tier-3 cities.
3. Project Resource Allocation: Analyze research briefs and project specifications to estimate, contract, and allocate appropriate field execution teams and partners for qualitative and quantitative studies (IDIs, FGDs, CLT, B2B/Expert Surveys, etc.).
4. Team Briefing & Operational Deployment: Brief local vendors, team leads, and freelancers on project guidelines, questionnaires, quota specifications, timelines, and client expectations.
5. Quality Control & Vendor Auditing: Monitor performance, evaluate field deliverables, conduct back-checks/validations, and ensure external field partners strictly adhere to methodology and quality benchmarks.
6. Tracking & Progress Reporting: Maintain clear, up-to-date tracking sheets (Excel/Google Sheets) monitoring vendor mobilization, daily project targets, fieldwork completion status, and resource usage.
7. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Quickly address and resolve field-level bottlenecks, such as resource shortfalls, vendor performance issues, language barriers, or tight turn around deadlines.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Market Research Operations: 2–3+ years of experience in field operations, resource allocation, vendor management, and coordination.
- Regional Network: Strong network or ability to build relationships with field partners, freelancers, interviewers, and translators across Karnataka/South India.
- Regional Knowledge: Good understanding of South Indian languages, culture, and field logistics.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Kannada and English; additional regional languages are a plus.
- Data & Tracking: Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets for resource and project tracking.
- Vendor Management: Strong negotiation, coordination, and relationship-management skills.
- Mobility: Willing to travel across Karnataka and neighbouring states when required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong in resource planning, partner sourcing, and project coordination rather than direct interviewing.
- Experience managing freelancers, vendors, or field agencies across South India.
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end project resourcing, field deployment, quality monitoring, and project closure.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
