1.Vehicle Documentation Handling
- Prepare and verify all new vehicle registration documents
- Ensure accuracy of customer KYC and sale documents
- Maintain records of all delivered and pending cases
2. RTO Coordination
- Coordinate with RTO agents and authorities for vehicle registration
- Ensure timely submission and follow-up of registration cases
- Track registration status and update internal teams
3. Insurance Processing
- Coordinate for new vehicle insurance issuance
- Ensure insurance documents are properly issued and attached
- Follow up with insurance providers for delays or corrections
4. Invoice & Billing Support
- Assist in preparing and verifying sales invoices
- Ensure correct pricing, GST, and scheme application
- Coordinate with accounts team for billing corrections if required
5. Delivery Coordination
- Ensure all documents are completed before vehicle delivery
- Support smooth and timely delivery of vehicles to customers
- Avoid documentation delays affecting delivery schedules
6. Record Keeping & MIS
- Maintain daily MIS of pending and completed documentation
- Track RTO status, insurance status, and delivery status
- Submit periodic reports to management
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
