We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our IT training institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, explaining our courses, and helping them enroll. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students and explain available IT courses.
Counsel students on career opportunities and guide them to suitable programs.
Handle inbound inquiries via calls, emails, and chat.
Maintain a database of student inquiries and follow up on leads.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.
Address queries related to course fees, schedules, and certifications.
Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams for promotional activities.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure student satisfaction.
Requirements:
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle student queries and provide accurate information.
Basic knowledge of IT courses (preferred but not mandatory).
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus.
Proficiency in English and local language(s).
Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
