Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with experience in entry-level recruitment and sourcing, preferably in the service sector. The candidate should be confident in candidate sourcing, screening, coordination, and maintaining recruitment pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Handle entry-level hiring for various service-sector roles.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of open positions.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/sourcing.
- Experience in entry-level hiring, preferably in the service sector.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to source and screen candidates independently.
- Knowledge of job portals and recruitment processes.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Candidates based in or willing to work in Mysore are preferred.
