About the Role
We are looking for a highly energetic and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Executive to drive outbound sales and CXO engagement for large enterprises and Global Capability Centers (GCCs) across India.
This role is ideal for someone who aspires to build a career in Enterprise SaaS, AI and Digital Transformation sales.
The candidate will work closely with senior sales leadership and will be responsible for opening doors with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and business leaders of India’s leading enterprises.
This is not a tele-calling role. The role requires understanding technology, articulating business value and building executive-level conversations.
The candidate will be groomed to become a future Enterprise Account Executive / Sales Leader.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
* Identify and build target accounts across India’s Top 1000 enterprises and GCCs.
* Conduct cold calls, email outreach and LinkedIn engagement campaigns.
* Engage with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Heads of Engineering, Heads of Shared Services and Digital Transformation leaders.
* Generate qualified meetings for senior sales leadership.
* Build and manage account intelligence.
Executive Conversation Building
* Deliver a crisp 1-2 minute business pitch to CXOs.
* Understand customer pain points and identify opportunities.
* Position AI, Enterprise Automation and SaaS solutions.
* Translate technology capabilities into business outcomes.
* Create personalized messaging for each target account.
Sales Operations
* Maintain CRM hygiene and prospect database.
* Track outreach activities and meeting conversions.
* Coordinate follow-ups and nurture prospects.
* Support proposal preparation and customer research.
Market Research
Research and understand:
* Enterprise AI trends
* Global Capability Centers (GCCs)
* CIO priorities
* AI adoption initiatives
* Digital transformation programs
* Enterprise software landscape

Educational Qualifications
Mandatory
* B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communication or equivalent engineering degree.
Additional Advantage
* MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Management or equivalent from a reputed institute.
