Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to oversee daily operations, guide team members, and ensure the achievement of organizational goals. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and support team members in achieving performance targets.
- Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
- Track team productivity and prepare performance reports.
- Resolve customer and employee escalations in a timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil or English & Malayalam.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
