UX Lead
A highly experienced UX Lead will be responsible for driving the end-to-end user experience strategy for the DKV Corporate portal. The role will focus on shaping intuitive, efficient, and scalable experiences for HR administrators and company users managing employee lifecycle, contracts, and invoicing, while ensuring alignment with business goals, technical architecture, and regulatory standards.

Skill Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 10–12 years of experience in UX strategy and enterprise product design
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in enterprise environments
- Experience in usability testing methodologies and UX performance measurement
- Familiarity with accessibility standards, multilingual design, and regulatory environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
