Job Overview
As a Graphic Designer at Dcreation Marketing Studio, you will be responsible for defining the visual identity of our clients across all digital platforms. From designing viral Instagram carousels and high-click YouTube thumbnails to shaping brand logos and layout structures, your work will directly drive audience engagement.
If you have a sharp eye for typography, a passion for modern design trends, and know how to make a layout pop, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Design: Design high-quality, engaging visual assets for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn (including carousels, static posts, and story layouts).
- Video Production Support: Create high-click-through-rate (CTR) YouTube thumbnails, title cards, and basic graphic assets for the video editing team.
- Branding & Identity: Develop brand kits, logos, brochures, and marketing collateral for new and existing clients.
- Trend Adaptation: Stay up to date with shifting design styles, viral visual formats, and meme cultures to keep client feeds looking fresh and relevant.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work alongside content writers and video editors to align visual graphics with written scripts and video concepts.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a graphic designer in a digital agency or creative studio (Freshers with an exceptional portfolio are highly encouraged to apply).
- Software Mastery: Expert command over Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Knowledge of Figma, Canva, or basic After Effects (for motion graphics) is a massive plus.
- Design Sense: Strong understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy tailored for digital audiences.
- Speed & Efficiency: Ability to work on multiple client briefs simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under creative deadlines.
- Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing social media creatives, branding work, or digital manipulation is mandatory.
