Role Overview
We are looking for an Operations Intern to support data management and research activities for waste management projects (RDF & EPR). The role involves organizing data, identifying new companies, and supporting operational tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort, clean, and organize data from multiple sources
- Maintain and update Excel/Google Sheets trackers
- Research and identify new companies, recyclers, and partners
- Compile databases of vendors, industries, and waste generators
- Communicate with potential partners/companies for data collection and coordination
- Support EPR documentation and data tracking
- Assist in preparing reports and basic dashboards
- Ensure accuracy and timely updates of data
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Good research and internet navigation skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency
