House of D’Anshé is a contemporary Indian fashion brand specialising in premium occasion wear, modern Indian silhouettes, and detailed craftsmanship.
We are looking for Fashion Consultants / Sales Executives to join our new retail store.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys fashion, styling, and working with customers. The candidate should be able to understand a customer's requirements and confidently guide them towards the right outfit.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers throughout their store experience.
- Understand the customer's occasion, preferences, size, budget, and personal style.
- Recommend suitable outfits, colours, silhouettes, fabrics, and styling options.
- Explain product details, fabrics, embroidery, fit, and pricing to customers.
- Assist customers during trials and fittings.
- Handle customer follow-ups regarding orders, trials, alterations, and purchases.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain knowledge of the collection, new launches, sizes, and stock availability.
- Maintain product presentation and overall store standards.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and Inventory Executive.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in fashion retail, premium retail, designer wear, bridal, occasion wear, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Genuine interest in fashion and styling.
- Good understanding of colours, fabrics, silhouettes, and garment styling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Strong sales and customer-handling skills.
- Well-groomed and professionally presented.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Willingness to work in a retail environment, including weekends and holidays.

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who can do more than simply show products.
You should be able to understand the customer, suggest what will suit them, explain the garment confidently, and create a personalised shopping experience.
Experience in premium fashion, designer wear, bridal wear, occasion wear, or high-end retail will be an advantage.
