About the Role
We're looking for a confident and result-driven Marketing & Sales Associate to join our growing digital marketing agency. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with clients, and are passionate about sales and digital marketing, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert them into clients.
- Pitch digital marketing services to businesses.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and close deals.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing and creative team to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and industry insights.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Digital Marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services is preferred.
Bonus Skills (Preferred)
- Experience using Fiverr, Freelancer.com, Upwork, or similar freelancing platforms.
- Experience in lead generation through online platforms.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and client management.
