Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily deployment of concrete pumps as per dispatch requirements.
- Visit project sites before deployment to assess site accessibility, pump positioning, boom reach, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with the Dispatch, Production, and Sales teams for smooth execution of pumping operations.
- Ensure pumps reach the site on time and operate efficiently.
- Supervise pump operators and helpers, ensuring compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
- Monitor pump productivity, idle time, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of pumps after every operation.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and report breakdowns immediately to the Maintenance Department.
- Maintain daily records of pump utilization, fuel consumption, working hours, and breakdowns.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
