- Structural Design: Design foundations for heavy machinery, dynamic loads, and specialized steel frameworks using software like STAAD.Pro or AutoCAD.
- Regulatory Compliance: Navigate local zoning laws and secure permits for building and waste management.
2. Construction & Execution
- Quality Assurance: Inspect concrete pouring, steel reinforcement, and masonry to ensure they meet industry standards.
- Resource & Budget Management: Track project milestones, manage materials, and control costs.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve on-site design discrepancies and modify plans to prevent project delays.
3. Safety & Operations
- Safety Enforcement: Enforce site hazard protocols and ensure compliance with occupational health standards.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the construction of access roads, drainage systems, and water treatment utilities
