Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of telecom sites as per schedule.
- Ensure maximum site uptime and timely restoration of network faults.
- Troubleshoot and resolve alarms related to power systems, transmission equipment, BTS/eNodeB/gNodeB, and passive infrastructure.
- Coordinate with NOC, customers, and field technicians for fault resolution.
- Monitor and maintain DG sets, SMPS, battery banks, AC units, and electrical systems.
- Ensure proper functioning of passive infrastructure including shelters, earthing, aviation lamps, and site security systems.
- Conduct regular site inspections and health checks.
- Prepare and submit maintenance reports, fault closure reports, and daily activity reports.
- Maintain accurate inventory and records of spares and materials.
- Ensure adherence to SLA/KPI targets and customer requirements.
- Supervise technicians and subcontractors during maintenance activities.
- Follow all EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines and company safety procedures.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with landlords and utility providers whenever required.
- Support audit activities and ensure site documentation is updated.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
