What You’ll Do ● Build End-to-End: Develop and ship new features daily using the full MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js). ● Innovate: Take ownership of "exciting feature" requests and turn them into functional, high-quality code. ● Iterate Fast: Participate in a high-velocity environment where product improvements happen every single day. ● Solve Problems: Tackle technical challenges head-on and find creative ways to improve the user experience. ● Collaborate: Participate in code reviews for your peers to ensure quality and shared learning across the team. ● Stay Sharp: Research and implement modern tools and libraries to keep our tech stack at the cutting edge. What We’re Looking For ● MERN Proficiency: At least 2+ years of experience building and scaling applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. ● Agility: Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid of a "build and learn" culture. ● Full-Stack Mindset: You are equally comfortable designing a database schema as you are polishing a UI component. ● Execution Focus: A "get it done" attitude with a high standard for code quality and the ability to provide constructive feedback on others' work. ● Curiosity: A genuine passion for learning new technologies and applying them to solve real-world problems.
