Interio Interiors is hiring an experienced Accountant cum Office Administrator for our Kottayam office.
We are looking for a candidate with strong accounting knowledge who can also support office administration, customer follow-ups, and project estimation. Experience in the interior design or construction industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounts and bookkeeping
- Prepare quotations and project estimates
- Generate invoices, receipts, and payment records
- Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records
- Track customer payments and outstanding balances
- Handle payment follow-up calls
- Maintain office files and documentation
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and the project team
- Support daily office operations
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience in bookkeeping, billing, and office administration
- Knowledge of quotation and estimate preparation
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
- Good communication skills in Malayalam
- Ability to manage office records and customer coordination
- Experience in the interior design, construction, or home interiors industry is preferred
Pay: ₹8,647.54 - ₹28,496.94 per month
