We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant to support daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day office operations and office upkeep
- Prepare and manage bills, invoices, and basic documentation
- Follow up with vendors and suppliers regarding payments and deliveries
- Handle email communication and coordinate with clients/vendors
- Maintain office records and files properly
- Assist in data entry and report preparation
- Support basic administrative and clerical work
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of computers and office administration
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication
- Knowledge of Tally will be preferred
- Good communication and follow-up skills
Qualification:
- Graduate or undergraduate with relevant office experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
