Lead and support customer onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff through successful go-live.
Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into effective system configurations and data solutions.
Configure data mappings, integrations, file transfers, and API connections to support client requirements.
Perform validation testing, data verification, and quality assurance activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies, integration issues, and system-related challenges.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact during implementation projects.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and third-party partners to ensure seamless delivery.
Document implementation processes, technical configurations, customer requirements, and best practices.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve implementation efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
Support customers with training, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation assistance.
Strong expertise in SQL, database management, query optimization, and data analysis.
Solid understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, Schema Design, Stored Procedures, and Functions.
Hands-on experience with JavaScript, PHP, Python, Java, or similar programming languages.
Experience working on software implementations, system integrations, or data operations projects.
Knowledge of APIs, data transfer mechanisms, and system integration concepts.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong documentation and customer engagement skills.
