Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell garments products through telephone communication. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Promote garments and textile products over calls
- Explain product details, pricing, and offers to customers
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Follow up with customers and maintain relationships
- Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions
- Maintain customer database and sales records
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for order processing
Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Telecalling / telesales experience preferred
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
- Customer handling and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
Qualification:
- Any Degree
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, garments, or textile industry is an added advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
