Job Summary
Vihan Informatics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and technically skilled *Desktop Support Engineer* to join our team in *Medinipur. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in desktop support, CCTV systems, and basic networking. Candidates who are residents of Medinipur are preferred. Applicants from other locations are also welcome, provided they are willing to stay in Medinipur. Lodging will be provided by the company.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Salary
₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month(based on experience and skills).
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Provide onsite technical support to users.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot basic networking devices such as routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems and software applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
- Maintain service reports and coordinate with the technical team when required.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.
* Experience with CCTV installation and maintenance.
* Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches, Wi-Fi).
* Good problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and travel locally if required.
## Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Desktop Support, CCTV, and Basic Networking.
- Candidate should be a resident of Medinipur or be willing to relocate and stay in Medinipur.
- Lodging will be provided by the company.
