Vamsiram Group is looking to hire 2 dynamic, young, and professional Guest Relations Executives for Suvarna Durga Tech Park. The selected candidates will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, corporate clients, tenants, and business associates, ensuring a warm, seamless, and professional experience while upholding the highest standards of hospitality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, tenants, and guests professionally.
- Manage reception and visitor access procedures.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor appointments.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Handle courier, mail, and front office administrative activities.
- Maintain a professional and presentable reception area at all times.
- Resolve guest queries promptly and escalate issues when required.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 1–4 years in Guest Relations, Front Office, Reception, Hospitality, Customer Service, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a professional personality may also be considered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
