Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Lead Generation, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive business growth and revenue.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
- Work closely with the Lead Generation team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to align campaigns with business objectives and generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Prepare customized business proposals and quotations for potential clients.
- Prepare performance reports and provide regular updates directly to the Founder.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Growth Management.
- Proven experience managing sales, lead generation, and marketing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Experience in IT services, digital marketing, or technology-based businesses is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
