Position Overview
We are seeking a creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic interiors team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in residential interior design, with hands-on exposure to factory-based modular production and on-site execution. A keen eye for detail, strong client-handling skills, and passion for modern, functional design are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative, functional, and aesthetic interior design concepts for residential projects
- Interact with clients to understand requirements, lifestyle needs, budgets, and design preferences
- Present design proposals using:
- 3D visualizations
- 2D drawings
- Material and finish selections
- Coordinate with sales and estimation teams to ensure designs align with project budgets and scope
- Prepare, review, and finalize detailed production and working drawings
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, hardware, and fittings suitable for modular and site execution
- Coordinate between factory production teams and site installation teams to ensure smooth execution
- Support site teams during execution to resolve design-related clarifications or changes
- Stay updated with latest interior trends, materials, finishes, and modular innovations
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture / Related Field
- 1-3 years of experience in residential interiors (turnkey project experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of modular furniture and factory-to-site workflows
- Proficiency in design software such as:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- 3ds Max
- Coohom or similar tools
- Strong visualization, creativity, and detailing skills
- Excellent client communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in factory-based modular interiors
- Strong understanding of execution practicality, not just design aesthetics
- Comfortable coordinating with cross-functional teams (sales, factory, site)
- Passionate about delivering quality, functionality, and client satisfaction
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
