About the role:
We are looking for candidates who will visit doctors, clinics, and healthcare partners to promote our services, generate leads, and convert them into business opportunities. This is a Field-based role requiring strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills, along with the ability to meet targets and travel within the assigned territory. The role focuses on driving revenue growth by building strong partnerships and ensuring regular follow-ups with clients.
Specifically, this role will involve:
- Onboarding new doctors within the assigned territory
- Retaining onboarded doctors and building long-term professional relationships
- Managing and taking complete ownership of the assigned territory
- Driving patient conversion through effective collaboration with doctors
- Conducting Continuous Medical Education (CME) sessions and in-clinic (OPD) camps
- Making 6–7 field visits daily and engaging with a minimum of 5–6 doctors per day
- Attempting outreach to 10–12 doctors daily to meet conversion targets
- Representing the company professionally in front of doctors and healthcare partners
- Working closely with internal teams to support business development goals
An ideal candidate will have:
- 0–3 years of experience in doctor or patient onboarding; freshers may apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy, resilience, and comfort working in a high-growth startup environment
- Geographical knowledge of the assigned territory
- A valid driving license, access to a two-wheeler, and an Android smartphone
Qualifications:
Graduates/ MBA ( preferably from Sales and Pharmaceutical background)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
