Key Responsibilities
* Manage the complete project lifecycle using the PL5 framework (Kickstart, Planning, Execution, Validation, and Closure).
* Ensure project planning is completed by the respective team owners, monitor schedules, milestones and deliverables and track progress to ensure timely execution.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient resource allocation and smooth project execution.
* Identify project risks and scope changes, recommend mitigation strategies and coordinate additional work approvals where required.
* Act as the primary point of coordination between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and minimizing escalations.
* Conduct regular project review meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and track action items.
* Collaborate with the Accounts team to monitor project billing and payment reconciliation.
* Prepare periodic project status, performance and billing reports for management and stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate project documentation using the company's PLM and project management tools.
* Support stakeholder management by providing timely updates and ensuring project objectives are achieved.
Requirements
* 1+ year of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management or a related role.
* High School Diploma (Engineering background preferred).
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Gantt Charts, and project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
* Understanding of project scheduling and coordination principles.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team and perform effectively under pressure.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
