About the Role
Cirkle Studio is looking for an experienced and customer-centric Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of our digital products. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and business teams to build innovative, scalable, and user-focused products.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and customer requirements.
- Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Prioritize product backlog and manage sprint planning in collaboration with the development team.
- Coordinate with UI/UX designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys.
- Work closely with developers and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities.
- Monitor product performance using analytics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvements.
- Plan and manage product releases, feature rollouts, and product enhancements.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support product launches and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products while meeting business goals.
- Track product KPIs and prepare reports for stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Product Management principles and product lifecycle.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to write PRDs, BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Azure DevOps.
- Good understanding of UI/UX concepts and customer journey mapping.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, databases, and software development processes.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on SaaS, Web Applications, or Mobile Applications.
- Knowledge of AI-powered products, Generative AI, or LLM-based solutions.
- Experience with product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity.
- Familiarity with Figma for reviewing wireframes and prototypes.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Associate Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
- Proven experience managing products from concept to launch.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
