Job Title: Telecaller / Lead Follow-up Executive (Studio)
Location: Rajouri Garden, New Delhi (Work From Office)
About Us
We are a premium photography & videography studio in Rajouri Garden, Delhi, specializing in fashion shoots, podcast production, product photography, UGC content, and content creation for brands and creators.
Job Responsibilities
- Call fresh leads generated daily from Meta Ads, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
- Follow up with existing leads until they book a studio session.
- Explain our studio packages, services, and ongoing offers.
- Schedule studio visits and booking appointments.
- Maintain lead records and update follow-up status in Excel or CRM.
- Coordinate with the studio team regarding confirmed bookings.
- Respond to basic customer queries professionally and politely.
- Meet daily call and follow-up targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident and polite on phone calls.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or lead conversion is preferred.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Experience in photography, media, or creative industries is a plus.
Salary
- ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
- Performance-based incentives on successful bookings.
Working Hours
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 6 Days a Week
