Key Responsibilities :

Sound knowledge on ASME Codes - piping
-
Perform Engineering calculations like pipe thickness and size.
-
Preparation of Piping Isometrics based on Layout drawing.
-
Preparation of Piping Design by referring P&ID
-
IBR calculations for pipe design
-
Ability to read P & ID and based on that prepare Piping 3D
-
Ability to read CAESAR II report.
-
Extraction of BOM from Isometric drawing
-
Preparation of Piping Layout.
-
Familiar with Navis model and clash test
-
Preparation of P&ID based on input.
-
Knowledge of equipment creation based on Equipment GA.
-
Skid Basis piping Ex - Pump skid
Skills and Experience Required:
-
1 to 6+ years of experience in piping design and engineering
-
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
-
Experience working in the oil and gas industry
-
Strong understanding of industry codes and standards (ASME, API, etc.)
-
Experience with such as AutoCAD Plant 3D, Cad Works, AutoCAD
-
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-
Fluency in English
-
Knowledge of excel, word and Power point
-
Knowledge of working on CAESAR II ( will be given preference )
Skills and Experience Required for Admin:

Ability to create project and do project set up.

Should have knowledge of Catalog and spec creation
-
Adding custom component into spec
-
P & ID Project set up with block creation and properties creation.
-
3D modelling set up with adding properties.
-
Colour coding set up of piping
-
Should worked with Data manager
-
Report creator template creation
-
Isometric and orthographic template creation
-
Isometric drawing set up - BOM, weld list, cut list, ISO skey
-
Orthographic drawing set up.
-
Worked with end connections in set up.
