Job Description :-
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of laboratory/industrial instruments at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, and troubleshoot laboratory/ industrial instruments.
- Visit customer sites for equipment servicing and maintenance.
- Diagnose electrical, electronic, mechanical, and technical problems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely technical support.
- Conduct equipment testing, calibration, and performance checks.
- Prepare service reports after every site visit.
- Coordinate with the technical and sales team for customer requirements.
- Maintain proper records of service activities, spare parts, and tools.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in service engineering preferred .
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic instruments.
- Knowledge of using a multimeter, electrical testing tools, and measuring instruments.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
- Basic computer knowledge and report preparation skills.
