- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify reliable suppliers for raw materials such as pulp, chemicals, packaging, and machinery parts.
- Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and long-term supply agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
- Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, delivery timelines, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and sustainability practices.
- Monitor market trends and price fluctuations in raw materials.
- Optimize procurement costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, import/export regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Work closely with production, finance, and logistics teams to align procurement with operational needs.
- Support new product development by sourcing innovative materials.
