Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Technical Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, specializing in IT staffing. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring high-quality software developers, engineers, and technical professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing: Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals (Dice, Naukri, Monster,Indeed,LinkedIn), and professional networks.
- Technical Screening: Conduct initial technical screenings, assess programming skills, tools, frameworks, and IT stacks (e.g., Java, Python, DevOps).
- Recruitment Cycle: Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
- ATS Management: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and reports. Naukri.com +4
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of technical roles (Software Developers, DevOps Engineers, Data Scientists).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
