About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical MBA Intern to join our team for a three-month internship. This role is designed for individuals interested in market research, business intelligence, strategy, and business development within the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
Your primary focus will be working closely with company leadership to identify and evaluate potential organizations that align with CoReason.ai's strategic growth objectives. By conducting industry research, mapping key stakeholders, and analyzing market trends, you will gain hands-on exposure to real-world business strategy, market intelligence, and executive-level decision-making.
Structure of the Role:
- Phase 1 (Month 0-3): You will join as an MBA Intern on a fixed stipend, receiving hands-on experience in market intelligence, business strategy, and stakeholder mapping workflows.
- Phase 2 (Month 4+): Upon successful performance review, you will be converted to a Full-Time position with a revised salary package and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Industry Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on organizations operating within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, and life sciences sectors. Analyze market trends, industry developments, competitive landscapes, and emerging business opportunities.
- Strategic Profiling: Identify potential target organizations and develop company intelligence profiles, including business focus, strategic priorities, and growth initiatives.
- Stakeholder Mapping: Research and map key decision-makers and stakeholders across target organizations. Compile accurate contact information and professional profiles of relevant executives and business leaders.
- Business Intelligence Management: Track industry news, partnerships, acquisitions, funding activities, and technology initiatives. Maintain and update prospect databases and business intelligence repositories.
- Reporting & Presentation: Organize research findings into structured reports and presentations for leadership review. Present actionable recommendations and insights directly to the leadership team.
What We Need (Requirements)
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA or equivalent Master's degree, preferably with a focus on Business Strategy, Marketing, or Business Analytics.
- Domain Interest: A strong interest in understanding the business dynamics of the healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology sectors.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to conduct market research, analyze competitive landscapes, and distill complex information into actionable business intelligence.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently present findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy when compiling intelligence profiles, mapping stakeholders, and managing prospect databases.
