Job Summary
Prakash Air Freight India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Executive with strong accounting knowledge and advanced Excel skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing MIS reports, reconciling accounts, managing day-to-day accounting transactions, and supporting the finance team in ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain daily accounting transactions in accounting software.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports and financial summaries for management.
- Analyze accounting data and generate reports using Advanced Excel.
- Verify and update freight billing, vendor payments, and customer receivables data.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding accounting matters.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of financial information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Data Entry, MIS, or Finance Support.
- Familiarity with Tally or other accounting software will be an advantage.
- Good typing speed with excellent accuracy.
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or cargo industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- HLOOKUP
- IF Functions
- Data Validation
- Conditional Formatting
- MIS Reporting
- Dashboard Preparation
- Data Analysis and Reconciliation
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in the Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Shipping, or Transportation industry will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements.

Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and industry standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
