Job Role: We are seeking a highly motivated calling executive who will play a critical role in managing customer interactions, generating business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional client engagement. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and a disciplined approach to achieving performance targets.

- Experience: 1- 2 yrs.
- Qualifications: +2, Diploma, or Any Degree

- Job Location: near Global Eye Hospital, Patiala
- Salary: 15-40k (per month)
- Shift Timings: Monday – Friday: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Saturday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- 6 Working days, Full-time Job
- Immediate Joiners preferred
Skills required:
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or BPO environments
- Strong command of English communication (spoken & verbal clarity is essential)
- Fluency in Punjabi is mandatory for effective regional engagement
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, CRM platforms, and basic computer operations
- Proven ability to influence, persuade, and close conversations with confidence
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to understand customer intent quickly
- Comfortable working in target-driven environments with performance pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls while delivering a professional and engaging customer experience
- Clearly communicate company offerings, resolving customer queries with accuracy and confidence
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through structured calling and consistent follow-ups
- Understand customer needs deeply and recommend tailored solutions that align with their requirements
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems in real-time
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Build long-term customer relationships while representing the brand with credibility and professionalism.

- Finance / Loan processing
- Banking services

- BPO or telesales processes
