HR/Admin & Marketing Executive
Qualification: Graduate in HR, BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing or related field
Experience: 2 to 4 Years
Location: Kharadi, Pune
HR/Admin Responsibilities
- Recruitment & onboarding
- Employee records management
- Attendance, leave & staff coordination
- HR documentation & compliance
- Employee engagement support
- Infra facilities
- Monitor daily operational expenses and maintain expenditure records
- Track invoices, bills, and payment follow-ups with vendors
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, and timely procurement
Marketing Responsibilities
- Field visits for referrals & business development
- Relationship building with doctors, hospitals & partners
- Promote rehabilitation services in market
- Conduct follow-ups and lead generation
- Support admissions growth and branding activities
- Outdoor marketing visits as per requirement
Skills Required

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
