Roles and Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, manage disputes, and promote a positive work culture.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal system and drive employee development.
- Compliance & Admin: Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws and maintain accurate employee records.
- Payroll & Benefits: Supervise salary processing, attendance tracking, and statutory benefits (PF, ESI, etc.).
QUALIFICATION
- Experience: 3–5+ years of proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of local labor laws, payroll processing, and HR best practices.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Language: Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi is required.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
