Responsibilities:
- Execute solar sales and business development activities in assigned territories as per defined targets and plans. Identify and engage potential customers for rooftop and ground-mounted solar power solutions.
- Generate leads through market research, cold calling, site visits, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups for closures. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure trust, retention, and repeat business.
- Understand customer energy requirements and propose suitable solar solutions. Prepare, present, and explain techno-commercial proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals in line with company guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, execution, finance) to ensure smooth project handover and execution. Track sales activities, maintain customer data, and update sales records regularly.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management. Stay updated on solar market trends, competitor activity, and regional opportunities.
- Role Requirements: Education: Diploma/B.E/B.tech In Electrical Engineering Prefer Experiences: Minimum 2 Year of Experiences in Solar Sales or B2B Sales
