Job Description
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media marketing, content creation, audience engagement, and social media trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.
- Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer interactions professionally.
- Coordinate with the content and design team for creatives, captions, and campaigns.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports using relevant analytics tools.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and social media marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and content creation.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Salary: As per experience and skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
