We are a fast-growing technology-driven organization committed to building innovative solutions and delivering excellence. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to join our Finance team and contribute to our financial operations and compliance.
We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Finance Executive with 3–5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, payroll support, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, and MS Excel, and a passion for improving financial processes through technology and automation.

Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally Prime and Zoho Books.

Handle statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other regulatory filings.

Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.

Execute month-end and year-end closing activities.

Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and customer collections.

Support payroll processing and statutory compliance.

Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, budgets, and management reports.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.

Identify and implement opportunities to improve accounting processes through automation and technology.

Education: B.Com, M.Com, Inter CA, or CA Final Dropout.

Experience: 3–5 years in Finance & Accounts.

Strong understanding of Accounting Principles, GST, TDS, Income Tax, Payroll, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Experience in a SaaS, IT, or Service-based organization.

Exposure to ERP systems, budgeting, MIS reporting, financial analysis, and audits.

Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Zoho Zia.
