Roles & Responsibility (Job Profile)
- Develop and execute annual CAPEX plans aligned with business objectives.
- Making detailed Capex proposals vs. existing manufacturing processes for various operations.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality CFT and SPM suppliers.
- Framework & Systems building.
- Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and ROI analyses.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timely capitalization of completed assets.
- Prepare monthly CAPEX MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Identify opportunities for automation, energy savings, and productivity improvements.
- Lead end-to-end capital projects, including planning, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.
Competency (Candidate Profile)
- Education Required:
- BE (Mechanical / Production) / DME/ NTTF/B. tech/ GTTC
- Experience Required:
- 6-8 years in Capex project execution
- At least 3 years leading cross-functional project teams.
- Skills Required:
- Basic Quality tool knowledge.
- Electrical, Pneumatics & Hydraulic knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Own Vehicle must.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
