We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Admissions Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, explaining course details, handling inquiries, and supporting the admission process from initial contact to enrollment.
Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in candidates.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Explain course features, fees, schedules, and admission procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and admissions.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams as required.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with students.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Previous experience in admissions, counselling, telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Experience: 1–2 years (Candidates with good communication skills are preferred)
