Auraya Group is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager for Vinaya Central, a premium commercial development comprising retail spaces, SCOs and fully furnished suites. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting client meetings and site visits, and converting prospects into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and follow up on leads received through digital campaigns, walk-ins, references and channel partners
- Understand clients’ investment requirements and recommend suitable units
- Explain the project’s location, pricing, payment plans, rental potential and investment benefits
- Conduct project presentations, client meetings and site visits
- Maintain regular follow-ups and convert prospects into bookings
- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners and property consultants
- Participate in broker meetings, promotional activities, exhibitions and sales events
- Maintain accurate lead records and update daily sales activity in the CRM
- Coordinate with the documentation and accounts teams after booking
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Track competing projects, market pricing and customer feedback
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate, banking, insurance, automobile or other high-value sales preferred
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Confident, well-groomed and customer-focused personality
- Ability to manage leads independently and close sales
- Familiarity with the Tricity real-estate market will be an advantage
- Comfortable working on weekends and attending client meetings as required
- Must have a personal vehicle and valid driving licence
