Position: Tool room Fixtures Assembly Manager
Experience: 10+ years
Location: Thiruvallur (Mappedu) Chennai (Near Sriperumbadur)
Key Responsibilities-
1. Manage the assembly, maintenance, and modification of tools, jigs, and fixtures, particularly in high-precision industries like mobile phone manufacturing.
2. Ensure tools are produced efficiently, on time, and meet high-quality standards.
3.Troubleshoot technical issues and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
4. Manage outside vendors with on time and on budget delivery of tooling components
when required
5. Utilize CAD/CAM software for fixture design, along with interpreting blueprints and GD&T standards.
6. Hands-on experience with conventional and CNC machines (lathes, mills, grinders, EDM).

7. Work as part of a fast-paced design engineering team taking part in DFMEAs,PFMEAs, and other risk management events
8. Review and critique 2D drawings and develop and manage tooling specifications
9. Support all first article inspection requirements for tooling, prototyping, and PPAP events as part of the design lifecycle
