Key Responsibilities and Tasks
As a Leader Hardware design and development, you will be a major actor in driving and owning complex hardware and system design

Lead, mentor and manage a multidisciplinary team of hardware engineers, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Preparation of different project proposals, Project scheduling/costing, detailed work breakdown for planned execution, identify risk opportunity and dependency

Oversee the full hardware development lifecycle, from concept/architecture through to proto manufacturing, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Follow predefined internal process and implement engineering best practices and methodologies to enhance productivity and product quality.

Design and develop hardware from specifications including component selection and develop the required documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-geographical teams including software, product management, mechanical, and firmware and quality assurance to define requirements and ensure seamless integration of hardware, firmware and software components.

Develop and manage project timelines, plan resource allocation, risk assessments to proactively address potential challenges, competency management.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to team members, facilitating their professional growth and development.

Perform trade-off analysis of different technologies and feasibility studies to propose the best architecture design

Recruit, train and manage engineers and drive for Key Maturity
Mandatory Skills:
-
Electronics/ Electrical Engineering with 15+ years of experience on High-speed hardware board design integration, test, root cause analysis, problem solving
-
Must have strong experience to troubleshoot on electronics and embedded hardware systems to find the root cause and to fix with a suitable solution.

Must have experience in Embedded system development

Must have experience in Schematics Entry using Cadence Allegro or OrCAD

Must have experience in component selection and tradeoff analysis

Must have experience in developing complex Hardware architecture

Must have experience in impedance control and High-Speed board development

Must have experience in developing Hardware Test plan and Test procedures

Proficiency in Requirement analysis and validation

Must have experience in Microprocessor and FPGA based system design

Must have experience in power tree development using buck, boost regulators
-
Must have experience in the IVVQ (Integration, Verification, Validation and Qualification) including requirements management
-
Proficiency in Different bus interfaces like I2C, SPI, QSPI, UART, RS422, RS485, ARINC429, DDR3/4, PCIe, JTAG
-
Knowledge of Component de-rating analysis

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Must have experience to ensure the reporting progress of the project along with KPI.

Must have usage experience of Lab Equipment like DSO, Logic Analyzer, VNA, Spectrum Analyzer

Have experience managing people

Educational Qualification
Bachelor or Masters in Electronics & Communication or equivalent
