We are hiring a friendly and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive for our jewellery store. The candidate will assist walk-in customers, showcase products, explain features and pricing, and help convert inquiries into sales while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Attend and assist walk-in customers at the store
- Show and explain jewellery, silver, and gift items
- Understand customer requirements and recommend products
- Support billing and sales transactions
- Maintain product display and store cleanliness
- Build good customer relationships to encourage repeat sales
Requirements:
- Experience in retail / counter sales preferred
- Knowledge of jewellery, silver, or gifting products is a plus
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Smart, presentable, and confident personality
- Sales-oriented with a positive attitude
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
