The University is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional for the position of Deputy Director – Accreditation & Quality. The incumbent will be responsible for leading institutional accreditation initiatives, strengthening quality assurance mechanisms, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across academic and administrative functions.
Lead and coordinate institutional and program-level accreditation activities, including preparation for accreditation visits and assessments.
Manage accreditation processes related to NAAC, NBA, NIRF, QS, and other national and international ranking and accreditation frameworks.
Ensure compliance with UGC, AICTE, and other statutory and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and review Self-Study Reports (SSR), Annual Quality Assurance Reports (AQAR), and other accreditation-related documentation.
Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance policies, processes, and frameworks across the University.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality benchmarks for academic and administrative departments.
Conduct internal quality audits and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and outcome-based education practices.
Collect, validate, and analyze institutional data required for accreditation, rankings, and quality assessments.
Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to quality initiatives and accreditation activities.
Generate periodic reports and presentations for University leadership and governing bodies.
Organize workshops, training programs, and awareness sessions for faculty and staff on accreditation standards and quality practices.
Collaborate with academic departments, administrative units, and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of accreditation requirements.
Facilitate best practice sharing and benchmarking exercises with reputed institutions.
Support the University's efforts to improve national and international rankings.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and institutional excellence.
Contribute to strategic planning initiatives aligned with the University's vision and quality objectives.
B.Tech and MBA from a recognized institution.
10–15 years of relevant experience in accreditation, quality assurance, institutional effectiveness, or academic administration, preferably in higher education.
Hands-on experience with NAAC, NBA, NIRF, QS, and other accreditation or ranking frameworks.
Strong understanding of Outcome-Based Education (OBE), quality management systems, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical, documentation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools, MS Office applications, and accreditation management systems.
