Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and schedules
- Coordinate with internal teams for task updates and follow-ups
- Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and documentation
- Handle emails, calls, and professional communication
- Track deadlines, priorities, and pending tasks
- Maintain records, files, MIS reports, and confidential documents
- Assist in project coordination and execution
- Support management in planning and operational activities
- Coordinate meetings, interviews, and internal discussions
- Ensure proper communication flow between departments
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Good follow-up and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to work under pressure and handle priorities efficiently
- Professional attitude and confidentiality handling
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline
- MBA or management background preferred
- Experience : Minimum 1+ experience
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
