Role Summary:
Responsible for coordinating and executing community engagement initiatives, managing member interactions, and supporting marketing activities to build and strengthen the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute community engagement initiatives and campaigns as planned by the Marketing Team.
Coordinate with community members, prospects, partners, and internal teams for smooth execution of activities.
Manage day-to-day communication with community members through WhatsApp, email, social media, and other relevant channels.
Plan and coordinate webinars, events, workshops, meetups, and other community activities.
Drive participation and engagement through regular communication, content, and follow-ups.
Collect feedback from community members and share insights with the Marketing Head to improve engagement initiatives.
Ensure all planned activities are executed within timelines and provide regular updates to the Reporting Manager.
Qualification & Certification:
MBA fresher
Experience & Skills Set:
Fresher/ 1 to 2 years of experience

Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Event & Campaign Coordination
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Working Days:
Monday to Friday
(2 Saturdays off)
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
